After a recent post talking about the Roger Clemens case, I felt it necessary to post an update about the proceedings. Clemens' defense team has apparently violated an order by the judge to not speak to any member of the jury. The judge has told Clemens that he will have to be tried again on perjury charges despite a mistrial. Link attached:

In other news, we're getting close to Regent Law's 25th Anniversary Celebration in a couple weeks. It should be a very fun and exciting weekend for the entire Regent Community. Information can be found here:
