Back in Action

Hey everyone,

It's been awhile but we are back at this blog thing. I actually just wanted to write a quick note thanking everyone who has been reading so far and that I will have a more lengthy post later today. The topic, our generation's sense of entitlement. My entertainment law professor raised this issue in a recent devotion and coupled with a few more devotions concerning pride, I felt this was a good time to write something. So, thanks again and I will post later today.

God bless,
David

  1. Pride is the original sin and continues to be the most prevalent sin throughout history. Cast doubt, deceive, and then build back up with a foundation of pride. If only we all had a more teachable spirit we would all be more open to hearing and understanding God's call.

As a side note I thought everyone could enjoy some of my recent research.

God's fingerprint is throughout the Bible which allows us to identify Him as the messenger.

Are there hidden messages in the Bible?

"It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but it is the honor of kings to search out the matter."

    Proverbs 25:2

Genealogy of Genesis 5 (Hebrew root meaning)
    Adam- Man
    Seth- appointed
    Enosh- mortal
    Kenan- sorrow
    Mahalalel- the blessed God
    Jared- shall come down
    Enoch- commencement; teaching
    Methuselah- His death shall bring
    Lamech- despairing
    Noah- comfort

    This reads:

"Man is appointed mortal sorrow but the blessed God shall come down teaching and HIS death shall bring the despairing comfort."

The Christian gospel within the Torah genealogy… if in any other order it would not make sense. There is no chance that the hebrew rabbi's of the time contrived to have the Christian gospel within the Torah through genealogy.

Each name has a meaning for a purpose like Methuselah. Methuselah means His death shall bring. This was a prophecy of the flood judgment of God. The year Methuselah dies was the year of the flood… prophecy;purpose;meaning. Remez in hebrew means the hint of something deeper. Every detail by design!
